Who are we aiming?

The Programme is dedicated to hydraulic and pneumatic equipment users which want to commission the equipments or to improve their performances.

What Re-Design means?

- analyze the hydraulic/pneumatic scheme of the equipment;
- make a complete diagnosis of the equipment on a dynamic base (pressure, temperature, flow, revolution) with a state of the art instrument: Parker Senso Control device
- measure the contamination's level of the hydraulic fluid in the system
- re-design the hydraulic/pneumatic scheme
- computer simulate the new scheme
- identify components and chose the new ones
- commissioning the equipment in the new configuration

- it's a common fact that the performances of the equipments are reduced by means of replacing hydraulic/pneumatic components with characteristics that vary from the original ones
- the identification of damaged hydraulic/pneumatic components that need to be replaced at once. In this systems the malfunction of a damaged component brings bad influence and may lead to destruction of other components - the so-called DOMINO Effect - for example a damaged directional valve or check valve may disable a new pump in a matter of hours
